1. Select the goods
Find and select the required goods. Put the selected goods in the shopping cart by clicking the Buy icon. Cetelem instalment buying can only be used for purchases exceeding SKK 3500.
2. Choose your payment method in the shopping cart
After putting all the required goods into the shopping cart, choose the Cetelem ON-LINE Consumer Loan as the payment method. After selecting the payment method, click the Recalculate icon.
3. Submit your order
Click the Order icon in the shopping cart. At the checkout, choose the Cetelem ON-LINE Consumer Loan as the payment method, thoroughly check all entered data, and confirm your order by clicking Submit. After submitting your order, fill-in the required information in the displayed table, click Recalculate, and after clicking Submit, you will be redirected to the www.cetelem.sk website, where you can fill-in the loan approval form. You can then check the loan approval status at https://www.cetelem.sk/eshop/ziadost.php, using the assigned identification number which you will receive by e-mail after submitting the loan application.
4. Documents required to process a loan application
After the loan application has been approved, you must mail the following documents to us: for loans of up to SKK 100 thousand:
- two signed copies of the Consumer loan application/contract (3 copies will be printed automatically)
- two signed copies of the General Terms of Consumer Loan Provision of CETELEM SLOVENSKO a.s. (3 copies will be printed automatically)
- two signed copies of the "Personal Data Protection Declaration/Instruction" (3 copies will be printed automatically)
- copy of both sides of your identification card along with a signed "Agreement to obtain personal data by copying identification documents" (3 copies will be printed automatically)
for loans in excess of SKK 100 thousand and in the case of entrepreneurs, also provide:
- confirmation of income (in the case of entrepreneurs, please send as confirmation of income a confirmation of submitting a tax return for the most recent tax period)
- and a document confirming the address of your permanent or temporary residence. Such document can be a bank statement or an invoice for services (electricity bill, gas bill, telecommunication services bill, and similar), SIPO receipt
5. Loan approval/disapproval
If your loan is approved and the provided documents and agreements are accepted and the goods are in stock, the goods will be dispatched immediately.
